Meet The Faces Behind Atlantis Valet

We are Haress Safar and Azeem Shah, the proud owners of Atlantis Valet.

We look forward to sharing our story with you and hope that you will enjoy getting to know us better.

Before we established Atlantis Valet, Azeem and I both worked at a valet company in Toronto. While working for this company, we saw a lot of potential for the business to improve. By delivering higher customer satisfaction and focusing on better branding, it could achieve much more than it was.

To experiment with our ideas and observations, we decided to take off on our own and introduced Atlantis Valet to the world five years ago. Venturing out on our own was the best decision we ever made, as it led us to an amazing opportunity. At the same time, it has challenged us and helped us grow stronger as a business.

Currently, our line of work has become easier due to the eight years of experience behind us. However, with many other companies entering this sector, the market has gotten competitive over the years. But this is what we live for. Competing to be the best by delivering excellent services is what makes us stand out. We thrive for our clients, and competing with other businesses is what keeps us busy.

The best part of owning our own business is working with our wonderful clients, seeing them happy at every event, and seeing smiles on their guests’ faces when they find out they don’t have to walk from the parking lot to the event’s entrance. At the same time, working together as a team to tackle problems throughout the event is exciting work.

To stay at the top of our game, we focus on keeping our staff happy. In turn, the team keeps our clients happy. Sadly many companies underestimate the power of their employees and mistreat them. At Atlantis Valet, we believe that they are the backbone of every strong, successful brand, which means if our staff has a smile on their face, the client will too.

But, as the customer is the number one priority in the service industry, we focus equally on our client’s satisfaction. We go the extra mile for our clients and ensure they are ecstatic about our services.

At a recent event we valeted for, a guest wanted to surprise his partner at the end with a proposal. The ring and flowers were in the back of the vehicle, which we were supposed to bring up when they got back. The gentleman had a photographer and videographer on standby to capture this incredible moment. Everything was perfect except for the fact that his car was filthy. To prevent this from marring his perfect moment, our staff took the initiative to wash his car at the closest gas station and brought it back for the big proposal. The reaction on his face when he saw his vehicle was picture perfect!

When we are not at work making other people happy, we enjoy being active and staying fit. We work out regularly, play basketball, and even swim during our downtime. We also love kicking back and relaxing with our family or friends.

Besides these hobbies, as I come from a film and cinema background, I’ve also ventured into this industry and run my own cinematography and photography business that operates under the name HS Images.
